About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our team at Lounge in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes to our customers, working closely with our Head Chef to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the restaurant satisfied.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef or in a related role.
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
