Lead Our Kitchen Team to Success

At Marston's, we're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our pub management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Maintain clear communication with your team and collaborate with the General Manager and wider team
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Contribute to the success of the business through innovative ideas and solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or a Second Chef/Sous Chef position
  • Passion for producing high-quality food and a positive attitude
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to grow, develop, and retain a kitchen team
