Job Title: Assessment and Training Professional

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Assessor in Digital Device Repair.

This is a full-time opportunity, working 37 hours per week.

Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme

Salary: £23,122 - £33,311, with a £5,000 annual salary supplement for qualified candidates.

Bonus Scheme: A 5% annual bonus scheme is in operation, reflecting the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing students' skills in digital device repair and creating opportunities for them to grow and develop.

You will collaborate with teaching staff to develop and deliver high-quality learning materials that cater to the needs of our students.

As an experienced professional, you will be able to create engaging learning experiences that motivate and inspire our students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement assessment plans for digital device repair courses.
  • Mark student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and deliver high-quality learning materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with colleagues and students.
