Compensation: £33,776 - £38,920 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Overview

The successful Healthcare Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing Occupation services and supporting people with disabilities. This will involve assessing people's needs, developing and implementing effective support plans, and working collaboratively with other teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Occupation services & assessing peoples needs who have a disability
  • Keen to develop and provide an efficient service to our tenants
  • Able to work effectively & efficiently under pressure, both autonomously & as part of a team
  • Well organised & able to manage a busy workload
