About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Estimator to join our team at Caval Limited, a busy Civil Engineering company. As a Junior Estimator, you will work alongside a Senior Estimator on nationwide contracts featuring reactive maintenance, small civils, and similar projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and submitting estimates for civil engineering projects
  • Collaborate with the Senior Estimator to develop and implement estimating strategies
  • Conduct site visits and gather data to inform estimating decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in estimating, preferably in a civil engineering company
  • Own vehicle and driving license
  • Civil engineering background
  • Keenness and willingness to learn and take direction from a Senior Estimator
