About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Dunnock View in Clacton-on-Sea. As a qualified RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to service users who may have suffered trauma and are affected by mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Observe, record, and report service user changes and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
  • Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
