Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Carrot Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities- Specialize in recruiting Business Support / Central Function roles, such as Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
- Build relationships with existing clients to support them with the recruitment of their central function roles.
- Grow our existing accounts in the UK, EU, and US to seek out new opportunities and develop the relationship further.
- Manage the full recruitment process, offering a first-class service to candidates and clients.
- Grow and nurture the talent pool in your sector and constantly expand your candidate network via our own database and social media/networking channels.
- Flexibility around working patterns.
- Autonomy – we will support you, but you won't be micromanaged and we trust you to manage your desk and workload.
- Remote or Hybrid working (Offices in Manchester, London, and Portsmouth).
- Opportunities to progress both within Carrot Recruitment and the wider group.
- 25 days holiday which increases to 28 days with service.
- Up to 2 bonus days off each year – target related.
- Option to buy or sell 3 days of annual leave per year.
