Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Culinary Assistant to join our Elior UK team. This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their culinary skills and progress their career in the industry.

In this role, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, maintain kitchen standards, and train and mentor junior staff members. You will be required to adhere to health and safety regulations, ensure a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen, and support the kitchen manager in managing inventory and supplies.

1. Kitchen Support: Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals to a high standard.
2. Maintenance of Kitchen Standards: Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
3. Staff Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the kitchen team.

1. Culinary Background: Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
