Job Overview

In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning programmes that meet the unique needs of our departments. You will work closely with the Head of Central L&D to ensure seamless programme delivery.

Your duties will include managing graduate soft skills programmes, providing advisory services on training requirements, coordinating specific learning interventions, and overseeing training programmes such as new people manager training.

You will also collaborate with the L&D Assistant to ensure efficient resource allocation and effective project execution.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in learning programme management and coordination.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in LMS/HRMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think creatively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexible and resilient, with a strong work ethic.
