Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our clients, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Assisting with financial tasks, such as invoicing, reconciliations, and budgeting.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts or administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 PA (pro rata if part time).
  • A 36.5 hour working week, with flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working.
