Job Details

This is a full-time position for a reputable healthcare organization located in a major city. The company is seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Forensic Psychiatry to work full-time hours per week. The post is available for an initial period, with the option to extend. Your core responsibilities would be to help assess, diagnose, and oversee the mental health of patients in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions in patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in forensic psychiatry

Requirements:

  • Full GMC license to practice
  • Relevant previous experience working in a similar position
  • Approved clinician status is desired but not essential
