Senior Director of FinTech

Hanson Search is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of FinTech to join our team in London. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our FinTech offering globally.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of FinTech strategies across our global client base.
  • Manage a portfolio of FinTech clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of learning and professional growth within the organization.
About You
  • Proven track record of success in the FinTech industry, with experience across all dimensions, from BasS to Embedded Finance and Payment Solutions.
  • Demonstrable agency experience is essential, with some experience in-house desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech industry, its regulatory environment, and emerging trends.
  • Proven track record of successful client relationships and new business wins.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
