This role is a fantastic opportunity for an unqualified teacher to develop their skills and knowledge in drama education.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching drama to students at a secondary school in Lambeth. This will involve planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the development of the school's drama curriculum.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to enroll on the School Direct PGCE program, which will provide you with a postgraduate qualification in education and qualified teacher status (QTS).

The school is graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and has a strong commitment to staff development and training. You will be supported by a experienced team of teachers and mentors who will guide you through your training and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a degree in drama or a related subject and previous experience of working with children. You should also be passionate about drama education and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
