Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Own the Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver a comprehensive digital product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead Digital Product Development: Oversee the development of web and app systems, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge services like GPS tracking, and delivering an exceptional user experience.
- Align Global Stakeholders: Work closely with global teams to drive the product vision forward, ensuring alignment with business goals and market requirements.
- Maximize Business Value: Continuously improve product features and capabilities to maximize business value and ROI.
- Define and Enhance User Experience: Collaborate with designers and developers to define, measure, and enhance the user experience, ensuring it meets the highest standards of usability and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience leading the development of consumer-facing digital products, with a strong understanding of web and app development cycles.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of modern tech stacks, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Global Collaboration: Proven experience working with globally distributed teams, managing cross-functional collaboration across regions.
- Industry Knowledge: Passion or knowledge of the animal health and pet industry is a plus.
