Production Operative Job Description

Wild Recruitment is partnering with a renowned company in the East of Milton Keynes to find experienced Production Operatives for a busy production environment.

We are seeking individuals who can help produce high-quality products for our client's customers. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a reputable company, utilizing your experience in production.

The production environment is chilled, and the correct PPE will be provided. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting up the dough room before production, including rounders, conveyors, floor mats, tables, trays, and cooler.
  • Notify management if contact surfaces are not clean and sanitized.
  • Adhere to all prescribed safety practices, including wearing proper safety equipment and uniform.
  • Perform general housekeeping for the Quality Control Centre as requested.
  • Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards.
  • Ensure all dough trays are properly dated, stacked, and down-stacked with the proper number of trays and maintain rotation practices at the proper cooling temperature(s).
  • Use hands repetitively, stand for long periods, and lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Food handling certification is preferred.
