Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operator - Process Specialist to join our Manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective production of our RTD products, working closely with our Planning team to ensure smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture finished products to the highest standards
  • Prepare products for and manage up to 3 process lines
  • Carry out all QA checks required, and also on all production equipment
  • Unload Bulk tankers, and carry out tests to ensure they are within specifications
  • Complete accurate stock checks on a daily basis
  • Carry out all hygiene duties to a high standard, and operate a clean as you go policy
  • Work closely with engineering when there are machine problems
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with safe working practices and factory hygiene standards
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • An ability to work on own initiative
  • Need to be flexible to react to short notice changes in the production plan and increased flavour changes across all process packaging lines
  • Flexible in supporting operator cover for holidays and absence

Requirements

  • Must be fully PC literate (SCADA based)
