We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Consultant - Education Recruitment. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum plus commission. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of education by connecting top talent with leading educational institutions.

Our team has established relationships with over 120 schools & colleges, Welsh Government, UK Government, the Education Workforce Council (EWC), and numerous prestigious higher education institutions worldwide. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to understand their staffing requirements
  • SOURCE and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and headhunting
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match between candidates and client needs
  • Support the recruitment team in achieving targets and driving overall sales performance
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences to ensure engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and best practices are upheld
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Proficient with recruitment software and online recruitment tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
