Senior Marketing Manager for Amazon Transportation Services

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead events and content initiatives for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing flagship events that drive engagement, education, and amplification of our sustainability and program performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and execute flagship carrier and partner events, ensuring alignment with Amazon's sustainability goals and announcements.
- Define event themes and programs in line with business objectives, project managing the development of speaker sessions and content creation.
- Own and manage all aspects of content for events, including speaker selection, session development, and post-event amplification strategies.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing & Program teams, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of flagship events.
- Manage vendor-funding collaborations during events to optimize funding allocation and maximize value for both partners and Amazon.
- Orchestrate comprehensive marketing strategies for events, leveraging social media platforms to amplify reach and engagement among target audiences.
- Own financial planning and reporting for event performance, providing insights to inform future event strategies and optimizations.
- Conduct post-event reporting and analysis to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

- A degree
- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience in event management, including the organization and execution of large-scale events
