About the Position

Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Production & Supply Chain Planner to join their client's team in Kingston upon Hull. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage production schedules, working closely with the production team to ensure timely execution
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including production, procurement, and sales teams
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that the supply chain is in balance to meet production requirements
  • Manage production risks and identify potential issues, taking steps to mitigate these risks
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, collaborating with the quality control team
  • Report and document production plans, stock levels, and any changes to the schedules

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in production and supply chain planning
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and stay organised under pressure
  • Attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy
