Culinary Excellence in a Busy Environment
As a Chef at Sodexo, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our armed forces personnel. You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on service excellence and takes pride in improving the quality of life for those who serve.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with running services, preparation, and other duties in a busy working kitchen
- Ensuring adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
- Collaborating with the FOH team to drive service excellence
- Maintaining sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations
- Preparing, producing, and presenting food to the highest standard
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- NVQ level 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Basic IT skills
- Experience in menu production and confident input
- Exposure to bulk cooking
- The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

About the Job
