Job Description

Milestone Infrastructure, a leading highways maintenance provider in the UK, is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join their team. Based in Oxfordshire, this role offers an exciting opportunity to learn alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the delivery of major projects across the county.

The ideal candidate will have a BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for managing engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project design and specifications, and maintaining the highest Health, Safety & Environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all engineering activities, including control, setting out, and direction to the workforce
  • Lead Quality control systems to ensure compliance with project design and specifications
  • Ensure excellent communication skills with all project stakeholders, meeting client expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering
  • Knowledge of National Highways standards (DMRB and MCDHW)
  • Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
  • Driving license compulsory
