We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our client's team as a Site Manager in Oxford. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the project team, ensuring that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

You will also be responsible for managing the project budget, scheduling, and logistics. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and have some experience working on small to medium-sized projects. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
