Inclusive Teaching Expert for Primary Age Range

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Role Description: As a SENCO, you will play a critical role in supporting the school's SEND provision. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies and ensure that students with SEND have full entitlement to the curriculum.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of inclusive teaching strategies
- Providing professional guidance to colleagues on SEND provision
- Working closely with teachers to identify and meet pupil needs
- Ensuring students with SEND have full entitlement to the curriculum
