Job Description

We are seeking an organized and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing patient queries, appointments, and prescriptions
  • Updating patient records, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to data protection guidelines
  • Collaborating with clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Participating in training programs, attending meetings, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
