Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced veterinary surgeon to join our team at Cedarmount Veterinary Clinic in Bangor, Northern Ireland. As a small animal only practice, we provide a wide range of services, including diagnostic equipment, surgical options, and regenerative medicine.
Work-Life BalanceWe understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours. Our team members enjoy a 4-day workweek with a 7:30 finish on one evening, 1:6 Saturday mornings, and no out-of-hours work. We also offer 6 weeks of annual leave, private medical insurance, and enhanced family-friendly policies.
Development Opportunities- We provide a £1250 CPD allowance with 5 days paid pro rata, as well as learning and development opportunities through the IVC Evidensia Academy.
- Our team members have access to Vetlexicon, our online encyclopaedia provider, and can apply for research funding.
- We also offer an Infection Prevention and Control Programme and a Quality Improvement Programme to support our team members' growth and development.
