Job Description

The Quantitative Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of market research studies at M3 Global Research. This position is responsible for assisting the Client Service team with day-to-day project management, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute sampling and fieldwork plans in collaboration with Project Leads.
  • Coordinate with respondents, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Assist with study setup, link testing, and quality checks.
  • Manage exclusion lists, M3 Wallet approvals, and invoicing.
  • Track and report on sampling performance and project costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
