Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to work as a Residential Valuation Specialist, undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertaking residential property surveys, valuations, and energy reports.
  • Minimising financial and reputational risk to the business through upholding best professional practice.
  • Promptly responding to queries, complaints, and claims.
  • Reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions to ensure they meet customer needs and deliver good outcomes.
  • Providing excellent valuation and survey experience with good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation.

Estimated Salary Range

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
