New Homes Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales professional to join our team in Kent. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving business success.

About the Role

You will be working closely with our Premium Developer partners, based in Sittingbourne, to sell a contemporary collection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in New Homes sales, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Meet and greet customers, establishing strong relationships and helping them achieve their dream move
  • Recognise opportunities to offer additional products and services, enhancing the customer experience
  • Initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues, ensuring seamless communication
  • Liaise with Developers, maintaining strong relationships and driving sales growth

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in New Homes sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers
  • Confidence, a professional telephone manner, and a genuine passion for helping customers
  • Natural organisational skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to think on your feet and respond to changing situations
