Our New Homes business is thriving across Kent, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our team and contribute to our success. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with one of our Premium Developer partners, based in Sittingbourne, to sell a contemporary collection of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive package, including:

  • A basic salary of £15,000
  • On-target earnings of £24,000
  • A 3-day working week, Saturday to Monday, 10am to 5pm
  • A range of benefits, including holiday commission, 33 days paid holiday (pro rata), and a pension scheme

Your Key Responsibilities

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting customers, establishing great relationships, and helping them achieve their dream move
  • Recognizing opportunities to offer additional products and services
  • Initiating potential leads and referring customers to relevant colleagues
  • Liaising with developers to keep them informed and up-to-date

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals with:

  • Experience in New Homes sales (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, and a genuine love of helping customers
  • Natural professionalism, organization, and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to think on their feet and be flexible
  • A hardworking attitude and a desire to achieve targets
