We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Hiring People. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee and supervise contractors to ensure high standards of work and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a property management or facilities management role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
