Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Edgware. This is a full-time supply role, working with a class of Key Stage 1 students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of activities.
  • Support the development of children\u0027s language and communication skills.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required.
  • Provide feedback to parents and carers on children\u0027s progress and achievements.

Requirements

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
