Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Education Support Specialist to join our team at Step Teachers. As a collaborative partner with an esteemed pre-school in Edgware, you will play a vital role in enhancing early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning and development of children in the classroom, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and execute engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular feedback and fostering strong partnerships.
  • Provide pastoral support to children, promoting positive behavior and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents.
