Job Overview
This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEMHA Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students, promoting their learning, social, and emotional development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the educational team, providing expert support to students and contributing to the development of tailored support plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of SEMH support services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs, with a strong understanding of the associated challenges and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- The ability to work independently, taking initiative when required, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Compensation Package
We offer an estimated salary of £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being of our staff.
