Exciting Opportunity for an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our young pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding early years' teaching assistant with high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour. They will be organised, flexible, and able to work on their own initiative, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards supporting pupils with SEN.

We offer a long-term contract until July 2025, with a competitive daily rate of £83.33 - £110. Our school provides excellent CPD and progression opportunities, onsite parking, and great transport links.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the educational and personal development of pupils with SEN in Early Years
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide a rich and effective education
  • Develop and implement creative and fun ways to engage pupils with SEN
  • Provide individualised support to pupils with SEN, promoting their independence and confidence
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
