About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Affinity Fire Engineering, a leading fire safety consultancy.
Job Summary
This is a part-time hybrid role that will involve a range of bookkeeping duties, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable data entry, and depreciation schedules.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements in GBP and Euro
- Enter accounts payable data into Xero
- Collect and file invoices and receipts
- Prepare depreciation, prepayment, and accrual schedules
- Assist the accounts team with ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with Xero
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
