">We are seeking a skilled Technical Network Professional to join our team in Barnsley. As an integral part of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and management of our customer network, server, and cloud projects.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Assist with the delivery of network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.">
- Collaborate with the delivery team to investigate and resolve allocated Incident Tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements.">
- Act as a 2/3rd Line escalation point for Service Desk incident tickets, providing expert technical support and guidance.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- ">
- Extensive experience in network infrastructure design, implementation, and management.">
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Virtualisation (VMware/HyperV/Nutanix), and TCP/IP Networking (DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing).">
- Strong understanding of Powershell Scripting, Cisco/Ruckus, Fortigate/Watchguard/Sophos, Endpoint Management and Security, Backup Management, PRTG, and relevant industry standards.">
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a delivery team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.">
