Care Team Leader

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is recruiting for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a Nursing Home in Pakefield. As a nurse, you will work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality patient care, adhering to policies and NMC guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure smooth operations and adhere to policies and NMC guidelines.
• Participate in continuous professional development through internal and external training sessions, meetings, and supervisions.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations, including those pertaining to health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding.
• Represent the home in a positive and professional manner in all interactions with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
• Administer medications and treatments according to NMC guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Relevant post-registration experience and knowledge of the job role.
