The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Automatic Door Engineer to join our team at Plan B. As an Automatic Door Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automatic door systems. You will work closely with our team to deliver top-quality entrance solutions for our global brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain automatic door systems, including swing, revolving, and sliding doors.
  • Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting to resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure safety standards are met.
  • Work in the Exeter and Plymouth areas, covering a range of locations.

Requirements:

  • Basic electrical knowledge and experience in the automatic doors, lifts, gates industry.
  • Full driving license and relevant operating licenses.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn new skills, and dedication to delivering high-quality results.

Benefits:

  • Salary package: £33,000 + call-out £2,400 = £35,400 (salary reflects experience).
  • Premium overtime at time and a half, and double time.
  • On-call premium - £200 per week (£2,400 per annum).
  • Bonuses from £400 per month to £800 per month.
