Outstanding SEN School Educator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our expert team. As a passionate advocate for children with SEND, you will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment committed to helping every pupil achieve academic success and personal growth.
The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in an SEN or specialist setting. They will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEND and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a challenging yet fulfilling role where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND.
About the Job
As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils. You will work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of pupils with a wide range of SEND.
- Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
- Implementing and contributing to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.
- Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to support their development.
- Fostering strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
