About the Role

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our inpatient teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex and challenging needs.

Main Responsibilities

  1. To provide designated named nurse responsibility for a number of patients.
  2. To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care.
  3. To provide leadership, supervision, and support to junior staff in the absence of the Clinical Team Leader and Unit Manager.

Requirements

  • Current professional registration - NMC.
  • Experience of working with patients with complex and challenging needs.
  • Previous experience of working in an inpatient environment.
