We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our UK Transformation Team in Birmingham and Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving and delivering change across Pensions Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review current practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with key stakeholders to define objectives and scope
  • Carry out initial investigations, including reviewing data to identify possible solutions
  • Regularly interact with colleagues to ensure the right outcomes
  • Liaise with senior managers to raise challenges and secure agreement to resolving issues
  • Support Project Managers in aspects of coordination and governance
  • Prepare background information and slide material for key meetings
  • Present to project boards
  • Roll out project changes to other teams
  • Coach and mentor others within the team
