We are excited to expand our Digital team by inviting ambitious graduates to apply for our Graduate Business Analyst programme within our Digital team. Our team, currently on a transformative journey, is already producing cutting-edge pensions and investment consulting applications which we would love for you to be a part of. We aspire to modernise the pensions consulting market, hence looking to onboard proactive individuals with a keen interest in Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with different areas of the business and external developers to facilitate our business objectives.
  • Build both internal and customer-facing systems advancing towards a new technical architecture.
What We Are Looking For
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding and interest in emerging digital technologies and trends.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (non-essential).
Training and Development
  • On-the-job training.
  • A graduate induction event.
  • A buddy from your first day to help you settle in.
  • A Performance Manager to support you with your progress, performance and any work or HR-related issues.
