Job Title: Wind Turbine Commissioning Specialist

Carbon60 is seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Commissioning Specialist to support the offshore commissioning of wind turbines at the Dogger Bank Assets. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring safe, full, and effective use of reporting documentation in accordance with Company and/or client policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support offshore commissioning activities to ensure commissioning procedures are followed and completed, signed, and verified in conjunction with project procedures and documentation.
  • Interface with contractors and joint venture partners on applicable commissioning scopes offshore.
  • Assist in managing commissioning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within an electrical engineering environment on low voltage and high voltage plant/equipment such as HV cables, 66kV switchgear, and systems within the WTG.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of offshore wind farm construction, commissioning, and/or operations in the UK or a similar industrial sector.
  • A relevant technical education or apprenticeship, preferably within Electrical Engineering or similar experience.
