Lead a Progressive Referral Centre
Dovecote Veterinary Hospital is a thriving, forward-thinking referral centre in the East Midlands. Our specialties include Neurology, Orthopaedics, Soft Tissue Surgery, Oncology, and Dermatology, as well as Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology referrals. We also provide 1st Opinion and out-of-hours services.
You will oversee the financial performance of the clinic in partnership with the Hospital Manager and Referral leadership team. Develop a clinical and commercial strategy for the centre, aligning with our overarching referral strategies while identifying regional opportunities.
This role suits an experienced veterinary leader or specialist ready to advance their career in a successful and established Referral Centre.
Requirements- Proven managerial experience in a similar veterinary role
- Fluent financial analysis and communication skills
- Knowledge of sector standards and a track record of driving quality improvements
