Support Worker for Vulnerable Children and Families

4Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As an Early Help Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to vulnerable children and families in need of assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of families' needs and develop effective support plans
Collaborate with social workers, referral information coordinators, and other multi-agency partners to provide a comprehensive service
Engage with children and their families to identify and address their needs, providing advice and information on available services
Ensure timely referrals to Children's Social Care or Early Help services as necessary
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and interventions
Requirements
Experience working with vulnerable children and families
Good knowledge of services available to support vulnerable children and families
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary setting
Enhanced Child DBS registration
