About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Elvie. As a key member of our Commercial Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth in key regions, including Germany and Austria.

As a Marketing Manager at Elvie, you will work closely with our Commercial Marketing Lead, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies. You will also collaborate with our retail and distribution partners to plan and execute successful marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth in key regions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Working closely with retail and distribution partners to plan and execute successful marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluating campaign results and communicating key findings to stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and tracking spend against agreed budgets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of relevant B2C marketing experience.
  • Demonstrable marketing campaign management experience.
  • Experience working with similar retailers across multiple international markets.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills.
  • Commercially driven, with an understanding of the P&L and budget management experience.
