About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Chase De Vere Independent Financial Advisers Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our PICOP (Personal Injury and Court of Protection) Advisers, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective support service to our clients and solicitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administration services to our unique Personal Injury Trust Service.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure all relevant Trust documentation is issued correctly.
  • Produce relevant paperwork for clients, including quotations, illustrations, valuations, and client reports.
  • Process new business documentation and facilitate client requests regarding withdrawals, income, and tax queries.
  • Manage diaries for PICOP Advisers and act as the point of contact for new inquiries from clients, solicitors, and barristers.
Requirements
  • Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent.
  • Experience in an administration role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to instil confidence.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to the role and management of your individual workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
