Job Title: Children's Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at one of our children's homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Plan team rotas to support the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home
  • Create a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements:
  • You must be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is preferred, although not essential
