PSR Solutions are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead their rail and heavy civils projects in the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual and safety requirements.
  • Deliver projects from design phase to completion, including handover documentation.
  • Develop and implement project quality plans, safety plans, work package plans, ITPs, and Tool Box Talks.
  • Ensure project delivery is safe and fosters a positive safety culture.
  • Manage project cash entitlement and recovery in accordance with the contract.
  • Chair weekly site meetings and maintain accurate records of discussions and actions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in rail construction techniques and processes.
  • Proven experience in delivering rail projects.
  • Previous experience in delivering multi-disciplinary works.
  • Previous experience working on NEC Contracts.
  • Good understanding of rail and experience working on earthworks, piling, or drainage projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and positively influence others to achieve set objectives.
  • Excellent communication, people, and team management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management, and cost control.
  • Ability to manage and deliver successful projects with minimal guidance.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
