About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Consulting Legal team at Davies. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing commercial advisory services to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Advisory Services: Provide general commercial advisory work, contract risk analysis, and support a broad range of legal and compliance queries.
  • Contract Risk Analysis: Deliver contract risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate exposure, safeguarding the interests of the organisation and its clients.
  • Legal and Business Solutions: Analyse legal and business scenarios to develop solutions that address the commercial and legal requirements of the organisation.
  • Support and Collaboration: Support with queries in relation to HR, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Data Privacy, and engage with legal counterparts across Davies Group.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay up to date with developments in relevant areas of law, contributing to the enhancement of the Legal team's knowledge base and preparing/developing contract templates.
  • Compliance and Governance: Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance across all aspects of Davies Group's operations and client engagements.
